Nelby

Nelby terms of use

Using the app, Premium access, Apple purchases, older Éclo subscriptions and support.

Publisher and version of these terms

Updated 10 September 2026. Nelby is published by Yann Lephay, sole proprietor, 53 avenue Charles de Gaulle, 57530 Courcelles-Chaussy, France. French business registration (SIRET): 899 650 204 00022. Contact: info@yann-lephay.com.

These terms describe Nelby and the offer planned for version 1.2.0. Until that version is available, the App Store listing may still show Éclo and its subscriptions. An upcoming offer is not an available purchase; check your installed version and Apple’s confirmation.

What the app provides

Nelby offers a personality questionnaire and profile-selected messages, advice, exercises and reflections. You can save library messages as favourites. Available formats and access depend on your installed version and recognised Premium entitlement.

The profile is a starting point for exploring preferences, not a diagnosis or an assessment of your abilities. Content is not healthcare, psychological consultation or an emergency service. It does not guarantee personal or psychological outcomes. You may leave aside content that does not fit your situation.

Access and use

Use the app on a device and iOS version compatible with its App Store listing. Follow the terms of your Apple account and the age rating displayed for the app. Purchases may depend on account permissions and controls set on the device.

The app and its content are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Uses permitted by the applicable licence and by law remain permitted. Contact the publisher about reproduction or public reuse beyond those permitted uses.

Premium as a one-time purchase

Nelby version 1.2.0 is planned to offer access to all Premium content through a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal, at a planned price of €29.99 in France. Prices may vary by country or available offer. The amount, currency and conditions shown in the app and by Apple before you confirm apply to your purchase. This website does not take payment.

“Lifetime” means a Premium entitlement without a periodic expiry date or a new subscription for that purchase. It does not promise that the app, hosting or third-party services will exist indefinitely, or that the app will support every future device. It does not remove the statutory rights attached to your purchase.

Access depends on the purchase being recognised by the distribution services and app. A connection or restoration problem does not mean you should buy again. Contact support if your entitlement is not recovered.

Older Éclo subscriptions

An earlier Éclo subscription is separate from the new one-time purchase. Renaming or updating the app, or buying lifetime access, does not automatically cancel an older subscription. It may continue renewing until cancelled unless Apple indicates otherwise.

To check and stop renewal on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and the relevant subscription. Check Apple’s displayed status and access end date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The official link is provided below.

If you already have Premium access, check it or restore purchases before paying again. Any complimentary permanent access should only be treated as granted once confirmed for your entitlement; it does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.

Restoration, billing and refunds

To recover an eligible purchase, use the same Apple account used to buy it and select “Restore purchases” in the app. Restoration does not transfer the purchase to a different Apple account and does not necessarily restore preferences or favourites. The official link is provided below.

For Apple billing or refund requests, visit Apple’s Report a Problem service. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable law, among other factors. You may also contact us about an unrecognised entitlement or app fault. Directing a request to Apple does not remove statutory remedies.

Availability, updates and statutory rights

Technical interruptions, maintenance and changes to iOS or third-party services may affect features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Updates and corrections required to meet legal obligations remain due under the applicable rules.

You retain statutory guarantees and remedies, including applicable rights concerning the conformity of digital content and services. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. To report a defect and request help, contact Yann Lephay at the address above or info@yann-lephay.com.

Apple licence and related documents

The app licence is the licence presented in the App Store: Apple’s standard licence applies where no custom licence replaces it. The official link is provided below. Apple’s account and purchase rules also apply to transactions handled by Apple.

The app privacy policy explains data processing separately. These terms are not general permission to collect or reuse personal information.

Changes and complaints

The date at the top identifies this version. An update does not retroactively remove rights acquired with a purchase. Changes requiring notice or agreement are handled under the applicable rules.

For a question or complaint, email info@yann-lephay.com and describe the issue. These terms concerning the publisher’s service are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts provided by the rules applicable to their residence. They do not change Apple’s service terms.
