How does Nelby work?

Nelby is the upcoming version of Éclo. The app currently available on the App Store is still called Éclo and offers subscriptions. The features and lifetime purchase described on this page are planned for Nelby.

A profile as a starting point

You begin with a personality questionnaire. Nelby uses your profile to select content: advice, exercises and reflections.

Your profile is a starting point for exploring your preferences. It is not a diagnosis and does not determine what you can do.

Different formats for different moments

Some messages offer a short insight or a piece of advice. Exercises give you something to try; longer reflections give you more to explore.

You can save messages to your favourites, set reminders and use the app’s widgets. This is not a programme you must complete in a set order.

What you can explore for free

You can discover your profile and explore the app before choosing Premium. You don’t need a subscription to get started.

Premium: one purchase, no renewal

The upcoming Nelby version will offer all Premium content through a one-time lifetime purchase, priced at €29.99 in France. This offer is not available yet. Pricing may vary by country; the amount shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation apply when you buy.

Payment happens in the app through the App Store. This website does not take payments, and this purchase does not renew automatically.

To recover a purchase on another device, use the same Apple account and select “Restore purchases” in the app.

What Nelby does not promise

The content offers ideas for self-understanding and personal reflection. Not every message will suit every person or situation. You can leave aside anything that doesn’t fit.
